Close to the St-Jean station. The area feels unsafe at night. Many homeless people. There is no reception after 7 pm, it is important to remember the entry code as the entry is closed. There are no cards to get in the hotel or the room, but a key.

Very good. The staff like Chloe, Halima & Lova are very attentive & helpful! Room decent and location convenient next to the pharmacy & a very yummy pastry shop. Walking distance to Marche Capucin market very convenient!

Just five minute walk from the train station and a about 25 minute walk to the sights to see. Check-in was easy. The receptionist spoke English and was very kind and helpful. She pulled out a city map and showed us where we were and how to get to the sights to see. She was through and clear on what we expected to have in our room. I think the only thing that would have made this perfect was having a hair dryer!!

Comfortable and clean

Accommodation was basic but adequate for our stay. Close to main town of St Jean and tram/bus routes. Room clean but very hot despite not turning on the heating and it being November. The water tank was directly above the toilet which was hazardous but other than that it was a comfortable stay. Our only real grumble was the neighbour above us allowed their toddler to continually run up and down at night and this often kept us awake until they finally got the child to bed!

I enjoyed a 4 night stay in mid September, 2025. Although I was travelling solo, a had a really nice suite with both a double bed and a single bed in the other room. The kitchenette was suitable for simple cooking. I was lucky to have brought a sharp knife with me, as the kitchenette didn’t have that. I was also lucky to have brought a plug for the sink and a dish cloth (one simple kitchen towel was provided). The area appears a bit rough in the evening, however, in daytime hours, lots of locals and visitors are in the area, commuting to the train station and/or school/work. There is was a laundry room right on my floor, which was convenient. A small cost that can be activated with a recite card. Be careful with making sure to lock your suite door behind you when you leave. I realized on my first day that it doesn’t automatically lock. I didn’t have any issues with anyone going into my suite, but I had to remember to lock the door with the key each time. Staff were helpful at the front desk. I didn’t opt for cleaning or breakfast (additional prices), however, staff were happy to replenish toilet paper and dish soap upon my request.

Mi experiencia aquí con respecto a la habitación bien para tres personas ,el baño pequeño, lo que no se puede aguantar es el calorrr,con los ventiladores no es suficiente ,salía aire caliente,con un día de 36 grados y llegar ahí y estar con la habitación caliente es algo que no se puede aguantar ni dormir, imposible descansar así.No repetiría .

Le séjour s’est globalement très bien passé : le logement est conforme à l’annonce, propre, et surtout très bien situé — proche de tout, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le seul gros bémol concerne la température dans la chambre. Il faisait plus de 28°C la nuit, et comme il n’y a pas de climatisation, c’était vraiment difficile de dormir. Nous avons essayé d’ouvrir la fenêtre, mais le bruit extérieur était trop important. Deux ventilateurs étaient fournis, ce qui est appréciable, mais malheureusement pas suffisant pour rafraîchir la pièce. C’est dommage, car sans ce souci de chaleur, le séjour aurait été parfait.

El alojamiento es un poco diferente al que se muestra en las fotografías. La recepción está muy bien (aunque cierran pronto) moderna y con aire acondicionado, permiso apartamentos son más viejos y no tienen aire acondicionado (si disponen de 2 ventiladores). El aparcamiento muy bien y la ubicación perfecta muy cerca a pie del centro de la ciudad pero sin el bullicio nocturno de ella.

Le séjour en lui-même aurait pu être agréable car la chambre est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et bien aménagée, malheureusement l'absence de climatisation et le manque de respect nocturne de certains gâchent tout. Notamment le samedi soir où une bande d'individus a fait du boucan jusqu'à 3 h du matin.
