Wonderful location, with free shuttle to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed drinks and dinner in the hotel and food was very good. Breakfast is available early and is a wonderful selection of foods.

This was our best experience at a Hampton Inn. Manon at reception was so friendly and incredibly helpful…that permeated to the whole staff. Customer service was top notch. The restaurant on site “Antipasto” serves excellent Italian food & again excellent & attentive service. Nice musical entertainment during dinner. Breakfast options were plentiful & fresh. The property is new & beautiful. Proximity to the airport is perfect. It will be our go to transfer spot each visit to Bordeaux.

Modern, clean hotel with very nice amenities. Be aware that the hotel isn't really walkable from the airport, though taxis will take you there (for a higher than normal rate, but that's only fair given the short distance). We'd stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff is helpful, food is very good (including Antipasto). The air conditioning system is a bit loud and inefficient, hopefully this can be improved for the future.
