"Beautiful Location, we love the snorkeling! Lots of fish and sharks(friendly ones) overall experience was amazing! Food is good but not Amazing. Friendly staff, service is missing some details."

10/10 Excellent
"Very relaxing vacation with delicious breakfast, all staff very nice always greet you with hello (la ora na) very comfortable room and provided all amenities. I would plan to go back and stay at this place again. "
"Paradise on earth
We had an incredible stay, with truly outstanding service and staff, and an excellent breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed several activities with a Polynesian instructor, including a language lesson, flower crown making, and a coconut experience—all of which were engaging and memorable thanks to his knowledge and warm personality.
The marine preservation program was another highlight, offering a unique and meaningful experience. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more special.
While the overall food was good, it didn’t fully meet our expectations. For example, the pizza crust was a bit too soft rather than crisp, the tuna had a slightly fishy taste, and the chicken was a little dry. With some improvements in food quality, the dining experience could truly match the exceptional level of service.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this resort for a memorable and luxurious getaway."
"We stayed at the Mai Tai April 2026. Our room was perfect. Beautiful views of the water. AC didn't disappoint. WIFI was spotty in our room but we could connect on the balcony. We opted for the breakfast included option. Everything was fresh each morning. The chocolate croissants were my favorite. You could have omelets made on request. We would totally stay here again - the only downfall is that there is no pool and not much shade on the beach - for those of us fair skinned people. A small pool would've been nice to for just a quick dip. "
"This place has too much open area, so you can find many kinds of animals in the unit. Little lizards in the living room, ants and spiders in the bedroom."
