"All in all a pleasant stay at synergy. The staff were very kind and helpful even though they couldn’t fix all of our problems we experienced during our stay. The facilities does not quite live up to the standard portrayed in the pictures, the “fitness center” consisted of one bike, a broken cross trainer, a multi purpose machine and a treadmill. All equipment was in very poor condition and the treadmill stopped working and wasn’t fixed. The beds are rock solid, so if you preferre a soft bed this...

The property is a very convenient walk to the Chaweng beach area, lively bars and restaurants, and the large Central shopping complex. The grounds are lush and tropical and the main pool is an enjoyable place to spend the day. We will certainly be returning for more visits! "
