"Love the breakfast tacos"

"Great option for staying in the center of the town. The hotel has easy access to parking and the staff was great. The hotel itself is a little outdated for the price. Overall, great experience and view."

"Beautiful location! Friendly staff and peaceful and calm ambient."

"We were there celebrating our 57th wedding anniversary. It was relaxing and we had a beautiful view of the water from our room. The food at the in house restaurant(Johnny's) was convenient and delicious ."

"Resort is beautiful, location is amazing and food is great. Only issue was the walls are paper thin and you can hear a lot."

"We stayed at this hotel so we could be near my son as it was parents weekend at URI. Lovely grounds and definitely a winery feel to it. Check in and out was simple. Our Room was Lovely... but just a few things could be improved on..expensive hotel so I suppose I expected more... the was a wedding going on so there was loud music until approx. 11pm with lots of guests returning to their rooms making alot of noise. No coffee machine in the room. In our room the bathroom sink had no area to place...

"Nothing to complain about."

"Everything was so beautiful, effortless and peaceful. The room was full of character and charm with a lovely view and ideal location. The staff was so kind and proactive in helping make my stay enjoyable. Would absolutely recommend!"

"Great room and view. Convenient location."

"The staff at the front desk were rude. There was no hot water for the shower. The breakfast was literally a plain bagel."

"We’ve been going here often and on for years, but we like is the desk person that got us in earlier before check-in location beach across the street couple good little restaurants are on the area where we don’t like about the hotel. It needs updating inside desperately furniture, worn some of the bathroom tiles, like shower, curtain and tiles are cracked furniture overall in the room needs updating. Just needs a little love and attention, but it’s clean, but it needs a little help help."

"Properly clean and maintain"

"Nice big rooms. Those on the 1st floor on the road side are right next to the parking lot so for privacy the curtains must be closed. Better to get a garden view room but the property is very nice and clean and the staff is great!"
