"Great location close to the city centre. The staff were so helpful and approachable. Really great styling around the whole hotel in the exception area (free hot drinks at certain times was a great bonus) and modern clean rooms. Roof terrace also great with excellent views. Only slight negative was the towels. A bit small and quite rough! Not enough of an issue to reduce my full mark score though. Thanks for a great stay!"
