Amazing value for money

Amazing room, property was very clean and they provided some amenities like drinks and snacks that were very nice too. Check-in and -out was seamless and very easy/convenient. Location was great too, as there are both supermarkets and food places nearby and the city center was only a short bus ride away, with the bus stop right outside the door.

Great little apartment with everything i needed (with supermarket within walking distance) Liked that i could walk into town but also had option of bus from just outside. Area felt safe and was quiet. Reception unmanned at property but team were availble and responsive over WhatsApp 24/7. Would happily return and recommend numa apartments.

I appreciate the stay but the communication was not good at alla. I sent many requests without any answers. It's a pity. I requested a proper invoice instead of receipt but no satisfation. I sent online requests and even discussed with people at reception but no solution till today. I can't recommend this hôtel

Let Down By The Bathroom

The room was comfortable and well equipped but the bathroom had issues. The drain to the shower was blocked and resulted in the flooding of the room's floor. The issue was hair in the drain - and we shouldn't have had to clear this to make the shower serviceable. We had to use our bath towels to mop up the water. There was no body gel in the shower dispenser. There was only a part used roll of toilet paper. It soon ran out.

Das Konzept des Hotels ist super, die Lage ist auch sehr gut, leider haben wir ein Zimmer erwischt, wo es feucht war und leicht nach Motor gerochen hat. Ansonsten wäre es prima es ist alles da was man braucht.

Confortável mas longe do centro de Bonn

O quarto é confortável. O hotel não fica perto do centro, precisa andar quase 30 minutos pra chegar. Não tem recepção e o atendimento pelo whatsApp é feito por robô, o que dificulta a comunicação. A limpeza só é feita quando eles querem, não adiantou pedir para limpar.

Letto 수퍼, 그리스 음식점 걸어서 갈수 있어요. 손님 별로 없어서인지 빠닥 뭰지까 먆아요. 쌰어씰 무리 쟐 암뺘져 ㅠ 7월인데 뱡얘 쓰판 냄쉐가 놔요. 1층에 로비 넓고 캡슐커피 있어요. 지하에 세탁실도 있는데 사용할수도 있는거 같아요. 냉기가 좀 약해요.

Sehr wohl gefühlt

Leider gibt es keine Rezeption und mir fehlte die Mail mit der ich mich vorher hätte anmelden können um die Zugangsdaten zu erhalten, das war alles etwas kompliziert da der Ausweis bei den Lichtverhältnissen nicht gelesen werden konnte und wir sehr lange gebraucht haben. Positiv allerdings unter der Telefonnummer wurde mir sehr freundlich und sehr geduldig geholfen! Dann haben wir uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt, toll das wir uns einen Kaffee machen konnten.
