"Good location - easy walk to the loch and a restaurant next door. Room felt a bit dated and shabby - there were no luggage racks, the window wouldn’t open, the main light didn’t work. Staff were efficient and friendly. Fine for one night. Note: you need to put your room key in a wall slot to get electricity in the room."

"The cabin/cottages were nice, and updated. The restaurant Palomino and main building is getting dated and service is falling off. The breakfast was great as usual and most staff is friendly. Wifi is terrible and non-accessible or very slow at best"

"From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty in the stunning castle. Our bags were immediately taken to our room in the tower, reservations for dinners, suggestions for hikes and exploring and help with arrangements for our departure in a couple days. Breakfasts were phenomenal and top notch. Breakfast was delivered to our room on the day of departure at 4:30am and our bags taken back down to our rental car. The spa experience was exceptional. "Lovely spa, stunning views from the hotel and great location close to Glasgow airport. Hotel staff very accommodating, allocating bedrooms for family close to one another."

"Everything was great at The Oak Tree Inn! Staff were wonderful (especially Kay) so friendly and welcoming! The pub was so nice with a cozy fire. Our food and drinks were great. Our room had a great view of the water and the sunset."

"Room was clean but small. Mattress and pillows not that great."

"Beautiful lake view, great staff and lovely spa. The restaurant is convenient and good quality. This place is top"

"They were above & beyond for our anniversary got complimentary breakfast which was stunning stayed in maldron a lot even other places in uk spotlessly clean canot fault them at all 💖"

"The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, the bed was clean and comfortable but it did not have a mattress cover. Dinner in the restaurant was very good with great service. My only complaint was the room was across from the elevators and people seem to congregate in the halls. I had a 3:30 am wake up call so didn't get much sleep even though I went to bed at 7:00pm."

"I had a very enjoyable stay."

"Great Stay Very impressive "

"Great hotel and a great night's sleep!"

"Rooms are spacious. Shower pressure was poor. Hotel is in a great location. Gym was out of service and laundry services were not clear on website. Would recommend."

"All good. Been before and will be back."
