Gentile Liliana,il check in anticipato è su disponibilità della struttura come elencato e dettagliato nel VIP access a cui fa riferimento.In fase di prenotazione è possibile scrivere l'orario di arrivo previsto poiché non sempre le strutture hanno disponibilità prima delle ore 14:00.Ci dispiace che nella data del suo soggiorno in cui Bologna aveva una gran affluenza, la mancata disponibilità della struttura non abbia permesso effettuare un check in anticipato come di solito avviene.Ci dispiace leggere inoltre che il suo soggiorno non sia stato all'altezza delle sue aspettative per un disguido dovuto alla comunicazione non efficace del nostro personale.
