A beautiful hotel, kept clean, with a comfortable bed. Maintenence is an issue; the heat wouldn't turn down so I heard road noise as i had to open window; the toilet didnt function properly and i had to keep playing with the shower facet to stop the dripping

Nice hotel, great location, lovely staff. Only negative is that there was no AC at the time of our visit (staff said due to the law). You are on a main road so there is loud road noise and when you the window open to cool down the room, was showing 30 degrees when windows was closed! (very uncomfortable) Asked about moving rooms to the back of the hotel away from the road, but was told we would have to upgrade our room as all standard rooms are road facing, upgrade was an extra €20 a night! Overall, a pleasant stay, close enough to walk into the city centre but far enough away to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Bologna.

Esta muy cerca de la estación de trenes de Bolonia, puedes llegar caminando. Asimismo está cerca del centro de la ciudad y de los puntos de interés turístico, también a pie. El Aeropuerto se encuentra a 15 minutos en taxi y puedes pedirlo en el hotel. Las instalaciones del hotel son modernas y limpias. Cerca de la zona hay poca gente, a unos pasos está una tienda donde puedes comprar bebidas y muchas cosas chinas.

Great location, maybe not the best staff

The hotel is nice and in a great location if you don't have long in Bologna and want to be close to the train station. It is an easy 15 mins walk to the center and the room was extremely comfortable. However, I had found the price cheaper online and on arrival asked if they would respect the price. They said that was an error and the price was fixed, but if you look on their website it's 40 Euros cheaper. I have had this happen before and the hotel usually offers breakfast or matches the price but here they didn't want to hear anything and were quite rude at check-in.

Hotel costoso e mal fatto

Hotel recente e costoso. Ho prenotato un camera superior che si trovava nello stesso piano delle standard. Infatti non cambiava nulla anzi il bagno, in confronto alle camere standard era scomodo e mal fatto. La colazione è stata l'unica nota positiva. Sconsiglio questo hotel onestamente.

Modern hotel very close to the central train station with level paving throughout the route... good for wheeled luggage! Reception staff were very friendly and check in and out was quick and efficient. The hotel has a clean, modern feel throughout. My room was spacious and, despite using 'do not disturb' so that I could get up late one morning, the room was still serviced after I had left as late as just before midday that day! The location is safe and, aside from other guests having conversations right outside my door and slamming their doors (not the hotel's fault; people are generally very selfish these days and lack etiquette), it was very quiet. The shower was particularly spacious although the shower door functioning did make it hard not to flood the bathroom floor! This is a good hotel and I highly recommend it.

Non ci ha più soddisfatto

Avevamo già soggiornato in questo hotel anni fa, non credo ci ritorneremo, considerato il servizio offerto in rapporto al prezzo pagato. Diciamo che l'hotel comincia a risentire degli anni (non troppi in effetti...): moquette in camere logora, pareti del bagno dal colore scrostato, tessere di mosaico in bagno saltate, finestra con vetro lesionato e chiusura non proprio ermetica (entravano spifferi e rumori)... Buone le condizioni di letto e lenzuola. Fantastici i detergenti per il corpo. Il personale è stato cortese sia al check in sia al check out ma abbiamo dovuto, in entrambi i casi, attendere che finisse di parlare al telefono o seguire un altro cliente: c'era infatti un solo receptionist. Abbiamo optato per questo hotel, preferendolo ad un altro, per la colazione inclusa nel prezzo: sinceramente non siamo rimasti soddisfatti, né del cibo né del caffè. Il personale è comunque stato molto cortese. Ottima la posizione se si arriva in treno o in bus.

ue for money

Esperienza terribile! Sconsigliato

Esperienza terribile in un 4* pessimo non da definirsi 4* ma in 2* scarse. Camere "comfort" sporche e fatiscenti. Purtroppo non ho avuto la prontezza di fotografare la camera 139 dove abbiamo trovato un lavabo con crepe, water con scarico rotto ecc. Nella sala colazioni sporca,non avevano nemmeno spazzato e dove abbiamo notato un mozzicone di sigaretta sul pavimento. Mai più in questo albergo!

O hotel está bem próximo a estação central, o que ajuda se estiver chegando com malas. O padrão é bem ok, nível das franquias de hotéis budget. Os quartos eram de tamanho razoável e o banheiro também. A única coisa a desejar foi que o sistema de ventilação não estava funcionando, o que deixava o quarto muito quente e tivemos que solicitar a abertura da janela num período de inverno e frio e chuva. Além disso, fica numa avenida bem movimentada e barulhenta, então não é silencioso. Não nos atrapalhou em nada uma vez que optamos pela localização privilegiada.

Premetto che sono stato in questo albergo altre volte e mi sono trovato bene. Questa volta mi hanno dato una doppia piccolissima( le pareti arrivavano a financo del letto e per scendere bisognava farlo dai piedi) Il bagno ero vecchio e tutto malandato.

We stayed there for the 1st time. Staff are helpful, we had a lovely dinner and surprisingly they cater for coeliac guests which is a bonus. However the room we stayed isn’t well maintained, couldn’t use a key card for some reason. The TV is rather small & not user friendly.

見た目は綺麗だが、設備が問題。

冷蔵庫が壊れているのに気づかずに、朝食にと思って買ったサンドウィッチやドリンクを冷蔵庫に入れたら朝にはぬるくなっていた。翌日修理してもらうよう頼んだにもかかわらず、全く直してもらえなかった。冷蔵庫の中のドリンクが無料だったが、温かい炭酸など飲む気にもならなかった。全体的に新しそうな綺麗なホテルなのに、廊下は水漏れしてたりして、設備はどうなのかと疑問に思う。

It was not as expected. Rooms very dated and run down. AC did not work. It was 87F/30C inside the room. It was really hard to sleep. The reason we booked this hotel was that it was advertised to have AC. It did. But did not work.
