This is a well located property and although the beds were very small, they were clean and comfortable. It is on a busy and loud street, but the window closes out most of the sound. There was a major soccer match in town that evening so the crowds were rowdy and loud. It did not distub us, however.

Great. Amazing location. Would absolutely stay here another time. Would have loved if a coffee machine was avaible in the room and not only in the joint area. But everything was neat and nice.

A city centre gem!

We were met on arrival and checked in. Even with the football chat, it was smooth and efficient! The room was all we needed for a quick city visit. Elegant decor, lovely bathroom, comfy beds, perfect. The property is literally a stones throw from the Piazza Maggiore, so super close to restaurants and bars, and the historical sights. The building also has a lift. Very welcome when carrying luggage, or after a day sightseeing. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely book again if we go back to Bologna.

Great location

Nice location just off the piazza Maggiore. Elevator very convenient and very safe with double locks. Great bathroom and very clean nice daily service but no breakfast given a credit voucher to eat at a bar that has very rude service breakfast consist of one cup of coffee a croissant and a 4 ounce bottle of juice. No substitutions.

It was difficult to find, we called the number provided and the woman was rude but did send another women to let us in. The AC was broken and made a terrible noise. There is no front desk if you have any concerns. The location was good and the bed was comfortable. Only one set of keys.

This is a bed and breakfast, not a full-service hotel. The location is great and the rooms are fine, but it's very hard to find the entrance and you're on your own in terms of services, such as finding a cab, which can sometimes be a challenge in Bologna. The price is also kind of high for what you get as it tied for the highest for my three-week trip with a Hilton. The breakfast is a bad joke. You get a token to go across the alley to a small cafe where you get just about nothing. I needed a cab to get to the airport and I had to throw myself at the mercy of the Roma Hotel about three doors down where I had stayed previously and thankfully they responded. I would say skip this place unless you are very familiar with how to operate in Bologna on your own.

Inconsistent service

Excellent location. The room was clean, comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The only problems were the check-in/check-out and maid’s attitude. The check-in time was changed from 1400hrs to 1500hrs the day of arrival. We found a Osteria to wait it out. However, they didn’t arrive until 1530. The check-out time changed from the time of booking…luckily our hotel in Rome was able to check us in early. As to the Maid…we asked for an extra roll of bathroom tissue and she acted like it was her first born. Then as we went to leave, she was seated blocking half the hallway, on her phone, and didn’t move or acknowledge our request to move.

We were unable to stay at this property as we were unable to locate it and when we called we were told parking was over 4 miles away and opened at 7 am. As we had a 6:30 am flight, this would not work for us. I, respectfully, asked for a partial refund and received an extremely rude reply. Please use caution when considering this property.
