"Excellent customer service. The staff was helpful and friendly. The guys from the Roof Top Restaurant at the hotel were very nice. The Manager Ulises went the extra mile. He help me locate my Suitcase because my suitcase came 24 hours. They were checking on me because I went to a 4 days excursion and stay longer. I apppreciate everything. Since before I check in they made sure to have a portable heater for me. Very clean. The lady housekeeping lady was nice. Feels secure place. ...

"They charge for everything. Early check-in: 50 BOB for a private room – which is understandable. However: The room is freezing cold, and they charge extra for a heater. The shower has warm water, but not hot. No towels or soap are provided in the room. Near at the bus station. "

"The condition of the room is terrible, lacking maintenance. Old bedding. Old style shower which is inside the bathroom which means water all over the bathroom floor. Very very old and ugly. The outside grounds are quite pretty and the location is outside the town, so if you need to eat dinner you’ll have to drive there as they do not offer dinner service. "

"We stayed at this hostal twice. First time it was good, we had a nice room, everything went good and we felt comfortable coming back to the same place. but the second time they couldn’t find our reservation even though we made it through hotels a long time ago. They couldn’t offer us the same room we booked but had another room that we decided to stay in. It was a very unpleasant experience, bugs in the beds and dogs barking outside all night, we barely slept. We changed hostal the day after. ...

"Clean and spacious room, bathroom was clean as well but no hot shower when I used it. They have a very nice living room and dining area to chill in. There is a kitchen but cooking is not allowed. About 10-15 mins walk to the Plaza, bus terminal, and the cable car. Close to many things but feels a tiny little bit like an uphill trek."

"There are two good things about this hotel: location and hot water. The hotel is located in a good and safe location in Tupiza, and about 5-minute walking from the central bus station. It is an old hotel and inside some rooms you can smell sewage odor; however, it does have hot water in the bathroom. You can find better hotels in Tupiza with price that I paid for this hotel."
