"I love the place"

"its a brand new hotel, and the room was too dusty, it was like as if the construction is still going on and the room next to us was actually in construction. The AC didnt fully work it wasnt giving cold air but just air, the fridge was also not working at all. Everything was brand new but nothing was working, i understand its a new hotel but if its not finished don’t open the rooms for booking. The main issue was dust, it was hard to sleep because of it."

"This hotel should not have a licence to be in the tourism business. Words can't describe the horror I found when I made a mistake and booked this prison cell for a week. I warn everyone to stay away from this hotel as it many health hazards and safety issues. Dirty is not enough to describe this hotel. They don't even sweep the floor for new guests. Hair and dust balls in every corner of the room and the smell is so bad coming from the bathrooms since the building is so old and the owner have...

"Köşk açıklama kısmında ses geçirmez diyor buna inanmayın. Koridor ve diğer odadaki sesler gece gündüz fark etmeksizin sizin odanızın içinde. Girişte getirdikleri kahveden ekstra ücret aldılar.odadaki fincanları kirli deyip verdik ertesi gün fincansız kaldık temizleyip getirmediler maalesef. "I imagine the property to once be an amazing hotel but found it to now be a little tired & maybe in need of updating. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly, especially the young lady at reception. Pool looked amazing but for me the room was a little hot but thats just personal preference. Over all a fairly nice stay thank you all."

"Good basic hotel. Clean but small rooms, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Easy walk to the train station and lots of basic restaurants. Tough to find a place to park. I only gave it 4 stars for facilities because the shower vent did not have a cover. "

"İşim gereği defalarca şehir otellerinde kaldım. Sanırım en kötü deneyim bu oteldi diyebilirim. Otelin fotoğraflarla hicbir alakası yok. Odalar klimayla ısıtıldığı icin ve yalıtım olmadığı icin buz gibiydi. Hijyen sıfırdı. Banyoda kullanılmış jilet vardi. Tuvalet kağıdı daha once tamamen ıslanmış ve kurumuştu. Ve daha anlatamayacağım birçok rahatsız edici durum vardı. "

"We liked everything. Beautiful surroundings quiet and weather was fantastic.Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Murat helped us a lot and we are very grateful to him. Will definitely recommend Canyon to friends."
