Tesis konum olarak çok rahat ulaşılabilen bir yerde ve karşılama ve ihtiyaç giderme konusunda gayet tatmin edici. Ancak tesiste oldukça fazla kedi var. Rezervasyon yaparken buna dikkat etmenizi öneririm. eğer ki korkuyorsanız, sevmiyorsanız ya da alerjiniz var ise bu sorun olacaktır Çünkü bir anda 10-15 tane kedi bahçede olabiliyor. Onun dışında havuz konusunda biz maalesef kullanamadık, sabit 30 derece olduğu söylendi üzerinde ısı koruyucu minderler vardı fakat bence havuz rahat girilebilecek şekilde değildi. Bize ısı pompası olduğu ve bu nedenle ısının sabit ve bu kadar olduğu bilgisi verildi. Tüm bunlardan bağımsız evde bir acil durum butonu olması çok önemli ve takdire değer. Evin tüm ekipmanları gayet çalışır, temiz ve kullanışlı. Evin ısınması konusunda da hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Personel gayet ilgili ve hızlıydı. Kahvaltı ise yerinde ve yeterli idi.

Ev genel olarak temizdi ancak sanırım ahşap ev olmasından dolayı banyoda hafif bir koku vardı. Bunun dışında mevsimsel olarak böcek problemi vardı. Sadece otel değil tüm Sapanca'da yaşanan bir sorundu. Otel çalışanı Ahmed Bey bu sorunla da hızlı bir şekilde ilgilendi ve odayı tekrar ilaçladı. Hizmet ve ilgi gerçekten çok iyiydi bu konuda çok memnun kaldık. Ayrıca hayvan dostu bir işletme, bahçede besledikleri yavru kediler var. İşletme sahibi Kenan Bey ve tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz keyifli bir tatildi.

TEŞEKKÜRLER TEONA

Bir günlük bir konaklama için tercih ettik ve oldukça memnun bir şekilde ayrıldık. Tesisteki bungalovlar oldukça yeni, temiz ve düzenliydi. Bir evde ihtiyaç duyulacak her şey detaylıca düşünülmüş. İçerisinde ısıtmalı jakuzi, internet bağlantılı smart tv hatta kitap bile vardı. Evin dışında bir salıncak, masa, sandalyeler ve mangal mevcuttu. Mangal yapmak istediğiniz takdirde size ateşi yakıp veriyorlar. Kahvaltı için saat kaçta tercih edeceğinizi sorup ona göre size özel serpme kahvaltı şeklinde odanıza getiriyorlar ve onlar da oldukça güzeldi. Bizim için tek üzücü nokta en soğuk dönemde orada olduğumuzdan havuzu pek fazla kullanamamış olmamızdı. Kesinlikle çok memnun kaldığımız ve tekrar gitmeyi dört gözle beklediğimiz bir tatil oldu.
