"This is our favorite spot in Downtown Boise. Walk to everything in the heart of the city! Great spot"

"Staff and cleanliness was fantastic."

"This boutique hotel had a really nice, turn-of-the century but updated vibe with original woodwork, old-fashioned tiles, and spacious rooms. "Clean and accommodating"

"Wonderful property and excellent location! Super clean and comfortable with a responsive and helpful host! Everything was absolutely perfect - except I would subtract one tiny star just from the amenities since, despite my following the instructions exactly, I could not get anything on the TV. Other than that small issue, 5-stars all the way! I would definitely stay again next time I'm in Boise!"

"The room was very clean, and room service was delicious."

While I was checking out there was multiple people also complaining to the staff and to my knowledge they didn’t help a single one of us with any of our issues....

"Do you try to charge everyone for parking even if they don’t have a car do you make people request to have that taken off their folio? seems like business practices to me."
