Parking was a challenge - very tight quarters in the parking garage - and beware that it's an additional $25 charge to park :( Sharee was excellent at our check in. Breakfast was great.

Friendly staff. Nice room. Close to many restaurants and shops. Parking is $25 per day, but that’s a downtown Boise thing, not a hotel thing.

Great experience all around. Note - nice pool, no hot tub. Great breakfast AND tea drinkers, the hot water pit is solely for hot water so your tea won’t taste like stale coffee.

The hotel was really clean and in a good location downtown within walking distance of local restaurants, bars, and shops. they also have an indoor pool which my niece is loved to swim in after we did our daily excursions. The hotel staff was also super nice and accommodating to help make our stay very pleasant. I came to Boise, Idaho with my mom and we met up with my brother and his family and we all stayed in the suite together. I was only in town for three nights and my mom and brother we’re going to be staying with my nieces there for five days, so one of hotel staff was super sweet in upgrading my mom‘s room for two nights so she could stay in the same room for the additional two days they would all be there without having to move their luggage around to different room. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again.
