"We had a wonderful stay at the Harbour View Inn. It was located enough off the main street that we didn't feel crowded, but close enough that we could easily walk to whatever site we wanted to see. Our luggage was transferred from the ferry to our room, on the third floor, by a very pleasant and helpful young employee. I was quite impressed by his ability to load suitcases onto his bike and ride through the streets to and from the ferry. We had breakfast included both mornings, which was convenient and good. "

"This Inn has a lot of charm. It is a historic building on Mackinac. The wrap around second floor porch was a great place to have breakfast in the morning. We were so busy on the island that we did not have time to use the spa. The fudge sold at the Inn was better than some of the fudge at the fudge stores and they were generous with allowing my kids to sample a variety of the fudge. The breakfast was a continental breakfast, with hard boiled eggs, but it was enough to get our day started. When we arrived they had a porter bring our bags from the dock and they held our bags until our room was available and then placed them in our room. We could even access them if needed until our room was ready. "
