"The hotel exceeded expectations. Great location in a good area close to nice restaurants, also a short nice walk across the river to the Jewish quarter which was our families favourite area. The breakfast was also really enjoyable. The view from the swimming pool was also great. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend and stay again."

"Stayed here for a portion of our honey moon and it was everything we were looking for! The convenience from the hotel to the train station, to the relaxing pool, to the kind and smiling staff, and lastly to the cute fourth floor room — it was perfect! I highly recommend the stay here. Besides being right in old town, there’s so much of krakow to experience and the stay here was perfect for us."

"The staff are welcoming and efficient. Check in process was very smooth and they allowed us to store our luggage there until we could actually check in to our room. Our room was lovely, very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The breakfast was great with a wide selection to suit everyone's tastes. We loved the outside area with the fabulous painting on the walls - a lovely space to chill out in the deckchairs with a drink in hand."

"Would recommend staying at raddison red hotel , great location about 15 mins walk into main square, and rooms were great, and never heard any noise from other rooms, and very nice seating areas in each floor level to sit. Would come back here if I return to krakow"
