And we forced to plan to book new accommodation, and it’s ruined our day on our family vacation ! I tried to take refound from hotels.com he’s not answering to management emails !!!! "The staff were delightful. The location is superb. The 12 noon checkout allowed for a leisurely morning of sightseeing rather than having to rush vis-a-vis a 10 AM deadline. The building is gorgeous."
