"We had a glicth at check in time and was unable to reach Hotel.Com either by phone or e-mail.
We were give a handicap room, which we did not need.
Howerver front deck Clerk Nate did an awsome job by contacting his off site Manager and accomidated us into a rugular room at not extra charge.
We are thankfull for Nate & and the Manager."

"It was very easy to get to and from the freeway. Close to a selection of places to eat or get groceries. Our second story, non-smoking room, looked newly remodeled. The AC worked perfectly. Everything was clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable and there was hot water for showers. I would happily stay there again. "
"Great stay for one night along our route to Crater Lake in Oregon. We booked a 2 bed room the day before so it was a good find! Misty, at front reception, was friendly and helpful and gave us a room upgrade (full kitchen!) The room was large, comfortable, and clean.

"The Pinc Lady is beautiful. Old Victorian Manaion with Queen Ann architecture. A lot of the house is original. The only hardship is the rooms are all upstairs but so unique and beautiful it was worth the 5 trips up the stairs to carry the luggage. The house is still in original form for the most part and it has 4 bedrooms that must share two bathrooms. We were the only guests there for our stay so we had the place to our self. "This hotel reminded us of the glory days of Eureka. The room was nice, but a bit noisy as we needed open windows at night, which lets in traffic noise. The architecture of the place is great. All the staff are personable, friendly, and helpful. "
"Darling house in a neighborhood full of vintage homes. Lovely secluded garden. Breaksfasts were quite good and attractively presented. The bed was very comfortable and I'm used to bringing my own pillows but the pillows provided were great."
