"The hotel is old and showing its age. A refresh is due! The location is convenient to all of downtown Cincinnati. Museums, ballparks all within walking distance. The true beauty of the hotel is its staff. It starts at the top with the manager, Shondale. She is helpful, professional and bubbly. A special shout out to Anthony and Kelly. It was an honor to meet them."

"Overall.. a pleasant experience, considering the rate was really reasonable.The room I was originally in was clean, however it had a really weird almost unbearable smell.. but as soon as I complained, I was accommodated without a problem.. my new room was clean and nice with no smell.. overall clean place, pretty up to date with helpful friendly staff.. and a safe environment.. I would book again and recommend to others"
