"The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Despite being next to the A34 my room was quiet. The location was actually good and only a 5 minute walk via the service station car park to the bus stop at the park and ride. "

Poor points: The room was pretty sparse and lacking any warmth or character as were the rest of the facilities. "The ceiling was leaking liquid down the bathroom wall. The room was not set up for 2 people. There should be a shelf in the shower to hold shampoo, wash gel, etc. Could not figure out how to turn on towel warmer. Upside is the you g lady at the reception desk was very responsive. "
