"I can really say everything exceeded my expectations. Going somewhere new you always hope for the best. The staff was nice and helpful with any questions or concerns regarding the room or just seeing the sites. I definitely would stay there again with no problems. Thanks for all your hospitality😁"

"Unfortunately, this hotel was one of the most disappointing stays I've experienced. The room was extremely small, barely suitable for two people, and certainly not comfortable for a stay of more than one or two nights. Considering the size and overall experience, I did not feel it offered good value for money.
The only positive aspect was the convenient access to buses and the Underground, which made travelling around the city easy.
One important point for future guests is to be aware that...

"I cannot stress how awful this place is!
Please avoid it at all costs!
I won’t be staying there if they pay me to stay there!

"This was what I call a ‘flea bag’ motel. The place was cleaned , but run down. The bed was uncomfortable and an extremely outdated tv. It was noisy from the street, too. I didn’t like the inconsiderate nature of the staff. They were unnecessarily loud in the early morning while doing their work. I won’t stay here ever again."

"The room I had was massive considering the hotel is aimed at the budget end of the market.
Very good transport links to & from the hotel. Including a tube station about 15 minutes walk.
Very good location. There is even a medium sized supermarket about 15 minutes walk away."
