"The room was clean and comfortable. We had some minor issues with the room; but the staff was very responsive to our requests. This was a very unique experience with the animation theme, which we enjoyed. It was close to the train station which was helpful to us because we arrived on the Eurostar from Paris and needed to take the ICE/DB to Berlin. We walked and took the Metro to the city center every day."

"The place is quite expensive consider its conditions and amenities but the fact that is only 200m away from the station is super convenient for people who plan to take a train back to the airport. "

"Es wirkt edel, ist aber in die Jahre gekommen. Keine USB Anschlüsse sind im 5 Sterne Bereich etwas mangelhaft. Die Zimmer haben als Beleuchtung nur Stehlampen keine Deckenbeleuchtung im Raum Personal überaus nett und hilfsbereit Frühstück OK, aber eher spärlich in der Auswahl"

"The hotel was okay overall. It was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, but it’s quite out of the way, so getting to and from attractions took more time than expected. There wasn’t anything particularly special or memorable about the property itself. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and any questions easy to deal with."

"J'ai beaucoup apprécié la disposition de la chambre et sa grande capacité. Le lit était très confortable et la douche suffisamment grande. Les produits fournis (gels douche, shampooing, lait corporel) étaient doux et de bonne qualité. De plus l'hôtel est bien placé (quartier européen) avec 2 stations de métro et une gare toute proche. Très satisfaite de mon séjour."

"Positiv: + Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, Location ruhig aber dafür kann man sehr gut parken. Tipp: vorher über Parkbee reservieren, dann wird es günstiger. + Service Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Negativ: wir kamen schon um 12:30 an - also 2 1/2 Stunden vor normalem Check In. Uns wurde ein Early Check in für 50€ angeboten, was wir angenommen haben da wir extrem übermüdet waren. Das war das erste Mal, dass ich für einen früheren Check In so viel zahlen musste. Wir reden hier...

"The breakfast spread was incredible! There were so many delicious options, and the restaurant itself was spacious and elegant. Another great feature of this hotel is its convenient location, just a minute away from the Metro. The staff was always helpful and friendly, especially the housekeepers."

"The check in staff were very rude and wanted everyone’s ID. This was very strange and never heard of this before. I checked in my luggage and they never could find it so I would have to go help. The elevators are extremely slow which caused a lot of frustration from everyone. The location is ideal but not sure this hotel meets Marriott standards."
