"This place is amazing, very clean, ery comfortable beds, it has a rooftop restaurant/bar, very close to the train station, restaurants, shoppes, hot cookies when you arrive, they hold your bags if you r early for your check in, what else do you want!? Book it now!"

"I bought the hotel as part of a package with flights, and it was €300 cheaper than booking separately. Only afterward did I start reading reviews on other websites, and they were quite negative. But when I arrived, the reception staff were very polite and always ready to help. The breakfasts include champagne, salmon, various types of cheese, eggs, pastries, vegetables, and much more. The views from the panoramic window are simply incredible. On my last night, I paid an extra €30 to upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. I highly recommend choosing a room with a jacuzzi, especially for couples."

"Very neat hotel"

"The hotel is a bit far from Amsterdam City Center but if you are looking for a nice, relaxing place to stay by the water and has comfortable beds (which is a rarity in the area I’ve found), this is a great spot! The rooms were clean, the bathrooms decent size. My only complaint really was that there wasn’t an in-room coffee maker but that isn’t a deal breaker for me. It is about 20 minutes by bus to the city center. The hotel was an affordable option and frankly, if I hadn’t already booked another place I would’ve stayed a couple of extra nights. "

"DID NOT GO TO THE SPA"

"Easy to find, lift to 8th floor a little messy. Hotel lobby was clean, welcoming and had refreshments. My room was a good size. View on the side of another apartment block. So need to keep the curtains closed in the evening. Fridge didnt work, coffee machine had the wrong size pods, the hair dryer kept cutting out and had sellotape atound the button. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. However the walls had many scuffs, paint defects and a few areas of peeling wallpaper. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The tram stop 2 minutes from the hotel. Number 26 to Central Amsterdam so very convenient. "
