"Bathroom was clean, beds were clean. Walls and carpet not really clean: needed a refresh. Breakfast was very good. A variety of hot and cold foods. Staff was very helpful, telling us how to use public transportation to save money. Location was excellent! Just off of Dam Square, with most attractions an easy walk. "

I stayed in a sleeper cabin which was cheap but plenty comfortable and somehow pretty quiet despite shared space right outside the door (I was there during the week so it might have been less busy). The tubs and sauna on the roof were absolutely amazing and the rooftop bar/restaurant was a total treat. The breakfast they offer was delicious and a screaming deal and the hotel is right on the metro line so despite it not being in the tourist center of the city, it is only about a 10 minute ride to Central Station. Surrounded by a more local neighborhood and beautiful parks, I had the best stay here and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the city! "

"What a fantastic hotel. Currently being refurbished and only refurbed rooms are available (according to front desk). My refurbed bedroom was really good. Bar hasn’t yet reopened hence my lower score on amenities. The staff are so proud of the hotel and that shows in their attitude. Although a mile further out than I usually stay, the train and tram links are excellent and the local park is quieter than some more central. Great place."
