"Staff wasn’t friendly, no amenities open. Beautiful resort. Clean rooms."

"Not as clean as I would expect for a prestige hotel. Very disappointed. However it was very very hot during our stay. Our room was cool and comfortable and the ice water in the lobby was amazing!"

"Great cost effective spot."

"Nothing to comment"

"Sandman hotel has been a disappointment for us. As soon we checked in, we found out the pool has been closed for maintenance. That's one of the main reason why we were willing to pay 50% more for the kids to enjoy. The bathroom was dirty with hair all over the floor, door and shower walls. The bathroom fan wasn't working and as a result mold was on the ceiling. The worst part, the bedroom was 30' away from the train tracks and 2 nights we were barely abto to get any sleep due to constant train...

"The staff was very nice and welcoming, room was updated and comfortable with good amenities, and the location is great with an awesome sushi restaurant right next door."

"Everything was average and what I expected."

"The room was very clean, however the property was not appealing. Was selected due to price. Location was convenient to restaurants and shopping."
