"Terrible service "

"Room was clean. We had to open the window and leve it open all night as the room was hot, and we could not find how to turn down the heat. Food was excellent from our Dinner to the Breakfast the next morning."

"We had a beach view room - truly one of the best views we’ve had at a hotel before. I stayed with my partner and our dog. It was a trip for my birthday - I put this on the booking and when we got to the room they had put out complementary drinks, snacks and a plate with ‘happy birthday’ written on it with chocolate with a few chocolate dipped strawberries and a red velvet cupcake - a lovely touch! Overall a lovely hotel. However two things to note - dogs aren't allowed in all rooms - I called...

"We took our grandchildren away for the weekend to meet up with family. We had an amazing time. The hotel was the icing on the cake for us. Clean, warm, lovely breakfasts and friendly staff. You can't ask for more."

The staff were excellent, Yuko on reception and Tom who looked after us with afternoon tea, where both exceptional and a credit to the hotel, both were very professional and polite.
