"Locks barely worked on the doors and the slide lock missing. Staff charged me twice on my credit card. Hopefully one charge will drop off. Checked the credit card last minute and found the double charge before leaving. Staff member said they reversed it so idk. "

"I booked through Expedia for 3 people and got a price that I would pay at the property. They initially honored the price but then called to tell me that I had only booked for 1 person and they needed to charge me an additional $20 per night. I showed them my booking for 3 but they argued that expedia only had 1. They then charged my CC on a debit machine that wasn't part of the motel and when I asked for a receipt they said they had to refund what they charge because they charge it to their personal machine. Sketchy business practice. Very sketchy."
