"I think the hotel lacks AC, and it was very hot during our stay. I believe the fans in the bedrooms were old and not as efficient as we have now become accustomed to. I understand that the disabled car park is available as close as possible, but it is still some distance for those with mobility issues. ..."

"Nice location but terrible value, not a luxury place at all - they skimp on details. We had almost no interaction with the staff, and they didn't refresh our room, which would be fine but, e.g. there are only two coffee cups, no spare towels.
