"TV didn't work, café had nothing that was on their menu, no toiletries provided not even hand soap. Gave a detailed account of my experience to someone at the front desk and they did they would relay that to the general manager. Never heard from anyone. Not even so much as a sorry for your awful experience"

"Check in good. Hotel is tired and needs more maintenance. My room the door lock failed when I came back at 22:30. The duty manager was excellent. Electrical sockets on room didn't work. Air contol controller didnt work but with a chair I was able to access the manual controls. "

"Plenty of parking the lady running the counter was all over the place taking care of things she apologized for the wait we had, and she took care of quickly (showed us where our room was and said if the key sticks she would help us! The property is beautiful (its older and has the creepy creeks) but it was safe and quiet! Ac worked wonderfully! 2 thumbs up"

From time my family and I entered the hotel I we truly impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, very friendly staff at check-in and check-out, top notched decorations, excellent meal selections for dinner and breakfast. Whoever the interior decorator I would ti and how beautiful my room was. The was so comfortable"
