"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Raddisson Blu. I was surprised by how nice the hotel was. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. This will now be my hotel of preference when travelling via Heathrow. My only criticism would be that the service, in the restaurant, was very slow. I think there probably were not sufficient staff members to efficiently cover the number of diners."

"Good bus routes outside hotel for T5 or other terminals via Hatton Cross. McDonald’s across the road offers an alternative for kids. I got a runway view which was interesting. Easy to get to Windsor with one bus change. I didn’t eat here as I prefer to jump on a bus and seek alternatives."
