The service was good but very slow and it felt like there was only 1 staff member at breakfast and dinner who knew what to do whilst they others were very nervous and timid and unable to act proactively. The room was lovely and everything I hope for buy taps and toilet flush had seen better days - this was in the main house."

There were screaming children slamming doors and yelling/running up and down the halls in the morning which was unpleasant for wayward travelers trying to sleep, Not the hotel’s fault, though! Transport to and from the airport was quick, easy, and affordable via bus."

Only one complaint I have - I missed the breakfast cutoff time, and though I had already paid for it, it wasn’t included in the stay, I paid extra for it, they refused to give me a refund or a voucher to buy breakfast from their food court. This hotel was 15 min. away from the airport & required a paid shuttle for the 5 of us, to get to/from the airport. "Location is very clean and close to Heathrow airport so it eliminates the stress of being at the airport on time. The Bedroom suite is very roomy and has all the basic amenities you would need while in travel."
