"A comfortable, clean room and good tea facilities. Breakfast in the morning catered widely with fresh food, cheerful greeting, self service and catered well for gluten free. Fantastic staff to greet you when you first arrive and help with anything you may ask. I would definitely return whenever travelling to Birmingham. Thank you. "

"The rooms are a dormitory style, it has an air conditioning unit. It is quiet and is modern. It was very good value. The duvet is very thin, and should be thicker. The breakfast is very basic, it consists of pastries, cereal , coffee and tea. It had no fruit or t bags. It did not have much choice."

"Excellent location for use at the BP Pulse, walking distance from Birmingham International train station and BP Pulse venue. Hotel was clean and what we needed for our night. We had breakfast which was a choice off full english or continental, good choice of breakfast. Overall, i would definitely return to this hotel if I am to visit the BP Pulse in the future. "Hotels.com offered an upgrade to a suite which I accepted and was confirmed in writing. Upon check-in was told that Hotels.com frequently do this even if the property is fully booked. Very disappointing. Room was ok. Quiet. Awful smell emanating from the toilet though."
