Great for staying overnight if visiting Coventry Arena on business. Only a couple of miles out. Basic, clean and friendly staff.

Lovely stay, as always, very clean and comfortable room, staff on reception always friendly and helpful. Easy to park, food options next door if you don't fancy going out to eat. Quiet overnight, always a good night's sleep.

The property itself was clean, staff were lovely, however the animals that are allowed to stay were messy, and ended up soiling the carpet. The exit back only 1 way up the m6 was long and wasted petrol. There should be an alternative route out for people that are not travelling northbound.

Such a great service given by the staff here.I called on the day of arrival asking for rooms to be close and to see if there could be three beds in one room for the adult children and my step son to share. They were more than accommodating and swapped our rooms for us. Friendly smiley staff. Would definitely stay here again. Beds and rooms clean and comfy and very quiet too. We found that our sat nav sent us into the back entrance of the services so not sure why we weren’t just sent via the M6???

Its cheap and cheerful however was disappointed with the comfort of the beds and the noisy room we stayed in. The room was by the motorway however the windows were not very good in that if felt like they were open and as a result we could hear the traffic quite clearly. The fan also inside the bathroom was on continuously and added to the noise.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for my visit to Coventry City football stadium. The extra bonus was the free parking. The value for money is excellent for a twin room for three people.

There was a spring through the bottom of the mattress and caught my toe during the night. Staff didnt seem too concerned when told in the morning. We paid for breakfast when booking the hotel but when we checked in we were told no breakfasts available due to some work. I am still waiting one week on for a reimbursement. The lack of breakfast should have be posted on the website to save inconvenience.

The staff were very friendly from start to Finnish our room was super clean and it always smelt nice in the hotel the cleaning staff were brilliant and if we had any issues the staff didn’t hesitate to help straight away all round 10/10

Lovely stay but no food.
Had a nice welcome when we arrived, room was very clean and warm, beds are super comfy. Disappointed there is no restaurant, so went in the service's at 930pm to get something to eat and all the hot food places were closed so we had to make do with a cold sandwich.

The hotel was a nightmare to find as we followed the sat nav and it sent us to the wrong one, but we got there very clean really cheap the rooms had everything you need. The bed on ther other hand wasn’t very good for our backs lol. But that’s us not the hotel

Nice, cheap place to stay.
Very friendly staff. Couldn't of helped us more. We have two children and they sorted cots for our room. The breakfast was worth the money. It is served over the services bridge. But it is only a short walk. Couldn't ask for more for the money.

Cheap but no toddler friendly
Our visit place was i a decent location for visiting areas. The room are Family are not suitable for toddlers, when kettle is near enough on the floor with breakables. Bed wasn't comfy and the blanket is more like a sheet. Other than that as we were only stay small amount of time in the hotel.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed it for, we were attending a concert in Birmingham and it was perfectly located for it. Very clean and nice friendly staff, will definitely use again 😊

I have serious allergies to the smell of cleaning materials and air fresheners. I contacted the hotel before my stay and on arrival the room did not smell at all. Very impressed. Large clean comfortable room. Would stay again.

Brilliant from getting to hotel to check in to value for money on room . We were attending a concert at world resorts Arena and the hotel is ideal. Very clean and quiet considering you on M6. Our only issue was a family opposite us very noisy with a family next to us. But they stopped later in evening ( Hotel can't help that ).

Down to earth hotel in the services. Clean. Very friendly team. But.... they didn't make up my room after the first night. Apparently I should have hung out a sign requesting this, if only you had told me... most hotels haven't had this system since lockdown ended. Very frustrating.
