"A good stay....check in was a little odd...As I'd"

"Good choice"

"Our stay was excellent!!"

"The decor was really something special. The room I stayed in was Marco Polo. Although a little on the dark side, the lighting was done well that you did not realise so much. The bath was amazing. The water temperature and how quick it filled up was great. My husband said the shower was fabulous and he did not want to come out. Do be careful of scolding yourself though as the hot water is immediately very hot. The mattress and pillow was comfortable. I had a great nights sleep. Check in was...

"Clean room. Breakfast was good. Very easy to walk to the train station and surrounding areas."

"This is a very nice place for stay. The room was very comfortable and spotless. All facilities was great. High recommended."

"No issues at all, easy, great location"

"Not the best experience- had had an issue with an old credit card on the booking which the receptionist went on and one about at check in. Very little sound proofing so sleep was interrupted by the noise from the row of bars downstairs. This was then further exacerbated by both coffee machines in the breakfast room being out of service. Room was a decent size though"

"Great property for a last minute booking and quick stay. Very central location"

"The hotel is in a good location, a short walk from St Paul’s metro stop. The front desk staff were helpful. The room was small but comfortable. The light switches were awkwardly placed as had to switch on the bathroom light from the bedside switches. I personally don’t like wet rooms but it was a good shower. The bed was very comfortable. There’s a tea and coffee machine in reception, and tea is free."

"Clean room"

"นอน 2 คืน ไม่มีการทำความสะอาดห้องให้ มีแต่เปลี่ยนขยะ แขวนป่ายเปลี่ยนขยะไว้ แม่บ้านก็ไม่สนใจ ต้องแจ้ง reception ซึ่งน่ารักมากไปเปลี่ยนให้เองพร้อมเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ มีที่จอดรถของ รร ราคาเหมาะสม ติดกับ รร วะดวกดี"

"For what you pay, it's 10/10. Helpful staff, clean room, comfy bed, great shower and the perfect location for walking into Birmingham. Can't fault it."

"Very bad parking situation in the hotel, I paid for parking and was unable to park. The gym was very dated and the staff were not the most helping."
