"The guest should be allowed to open or close the curtains. For room # 412 it was like looking at a pair of headlights while trying to sleep. Everything other than that was extremely nice."
"We arrived the property around 4:10pm on 6/9, and realized that the owner or hotel.com didn’t send us the check in instruction, so we couldn’t get in. We tried to contact the owner listed on the hotel.com, but the phone number is out of service. So we contacted hotel.com, they got same info. Eventually hotel.com said they will cancel my reservation and book a new one. Now it is 5pm, the owner suddenly sent us the access code. We finally can got in.
But then when we walked in, all beds in all...
"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately there were bed sheets out in a pile down the hall from my room and what looked like a shower curtain was in a crumple by my door. They had a sign in the elevator to please not place trash outside in the hallways...it wasn't the cleanest hotel I've been too. "

"This hotel was phenomenal. The staff at the front desk, specifically Natalie, was more than accommodating for our large group. They were able to get us checked in (early) and gave us some great recommendations for local bars/restaurants. The hotel was beautiful and a great location to Uptown and concert venues. Our room was clean with very cold A/C. Bedding and pillows were very comfortable!! We will definitely be back for a future stay. "

"This historic home turned hotel is even more beautiful than I imagined! Chandeliers around every corner, the most beautiful stairwell I’ve ever seen with stained glass windows, and quaint details everywhere! Our room was very comfortable, cozy, clean, and had a gorgeous chandelier. The towels are soft and smell like fresh linens, and the beds were very comfortable. Especially with the stand-alone fan conveniently placed next to it!! It was hard to leave in the morning. Loved everything about...
