Whenever I needed anything, they were always happy to assist, and my room was cleaned daily upon request. Their kindness, professionalism and attention to guests made me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. My heartfelt thanks and congratulations to the entire team for their excellent service. Five stars, absolutely well deserved ! 👍 I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will be delighted to stay here again."

Staff were extremely apologetic and instantly provided a new room. There were no problems with the other 2 rooms. They were all clean and the location perfect for the seafront and Brighton Lanes. Despite the problem with the room not being cleaned I would definitely rebook again"

Air con situation was a pain, we called to check the room had air con before booking they said yes so we booked then got to the hotel and were put in a non air con room. We asked to move to an air con room and they moved us so had no idea why they didn’t put us in that room in the first place. I wouldn’t book here again as clearly can’t rely on whether you will get an air con room or not. Everything else was good apart from this situation but it is off putting."
