"Clean property. Close to canal and water front"

"We have stayed at this hotel more than once. We like how close it is to canal park. We like that we can walk to restaurants and shops. In the times we have stayed everything is generally in order and clean. Never have had an issue with staff or our room, however If i were to make one small complaint, room 112 is too close to the kitchen and very loud. The pipes in the walls made howling noises and we could hear all sorts of flushing noises in the AM and PM. Other than that this hotel is very good."

"The pool and hot tub were not open due to maintenance. Many areas are under construction. Boxed appliances stacked in various areas. Our room was very clean, maybe in the process of being renovated? Overall okay. Looking forward to staying when everything is completed and the pool is open. Sign said 3/8-3/9, I can verify that is not the case."

"Very good spread of breakfast. Also, Ian was very helpful during our stay. Very fun stay for our 7 year old's Birthday. 😊"

"No breakfast even though it was listed as an amenity. Super thin walls, could hear every word of our neighbor's conversations. They were not yelling either."

"Bathtub had a couple spots of mold around it. Bathroom vent cover was hanging from ceiling. There was dirt under bathroom sink. Bathroom sink water took at least 10 minutes to warm up. Also, not very soundproof rooms and doors, could hear everything from around us. And when neighbors came and left it sounded like our door was the one being opened and closed. "

"I like how clean the place was and the continental breakfast was great but I never did find the Hot tub, I will definitely ask next time I go , and I will refer my friends if they go to superior, nice place to stay !!"
