"Would’ve been a 5 star rating if the cell service was excellent and the weather was warmer when we stayed. I loved it so much! It was a cute little motel with an ocean front view! I have never stayed in a hotel that was right by the ocean. Literally steps from the ocean. We stayed 1 week. Here are the great things that happened: before I arrived just asked me if I wanted to change rooms with a better view of the ocean for free yes absolutely so that was so nice of him! I got to the motel at midnight, so it was very convenient that they have a lock box with instructions on how to access your room. When I was checking out Justin helped me take my stuff down, there is access to beach chairs and other beach stuff that you can use while staying there. There is a hose to wash the sand off ur things before going in your room. TV was good. Parking was good and felt secure Neighbors very nice and there is a pizza place next door. Not so great things: the WiFi was spotty and unprotected, we had a very cold night and since there is no central air or a/c we had to use a space heater which stopped working in the middle of the night and we were so cold in morning but I got another one when the office opened. It really needs updating as far as central heat and ac goes. You are really just paying for the view. If you want to enjoy the ocean and unplug from society for a couple of days this is a wonderful spot for you. If you need technology to be superb then you should look somewhere else. "

"Pets are welcome an the pool was great as well all staff was so willing to help they fixed my refrigerator the same day i told them it was not working when i got back thwt night it was cold an my drinks were starting to freeze so very big improvement "

"On arrival attendant was very pleasant. We were placed in Room 1230 away from main site (Bldg across the way); Both Friday night and Saturday night from 9:30pm - 3:30am tenants above (laundry area, next door 1229 and the other side were loud in and out of steel door slamming; kids running above and the smell of weed on us and on all of our belongings; I made a call to office Friday night as was told families live in those units and that was the way it goes; We were in town for a USTA Tennis Tournament where my children were up at 6am both Saturday and Sunday mornings. The music from the Harley event was music to our ears and ended at a decent time. The rest was pure HELL!"

"Very happy with this stay, I wish every hotel had grounds like this. There is a huge live oak on the grounds and a very nice looking swimming pool that we didn't use. Amazingly peaceful and we loved the screened porch and water features. Yes the inside is dated and shows its age a little, think Golden Girls era, but it was clean and spacious. All the amenities you need are provided, and there are walking trails and bike rentals. It's in a lovely little area with a lot of shaded paths. Overall this was one of my favorite stays. Would definitely return. "
