"Yhe room was filthy. It had been smoked in. There were bugs as the back door was left open when we arrived in and my wife had an allergiv reaction to whatever was there and my sine had breathijg issues as he cannot be around smoke. Ive left my name and number and have called and no one will call me back about getting a partial refund. "

"The property itself was clean(outside parking and surroundings). We had an upstairs room, steps are steep and railings in rusted poor condition. The room was clean, bathroom was small and showed some rust. Tiles in room were cracked and the floor itself felt unstable(room 16). Rooms need bigger ac units as they are too small to keep the room comfortable. The hotel leaves a gratuity envelope for the hotel cleaning lady(owners should pay more instead of asking for tips). Location was great for the beach and restaurants. Definitely not worth $145 a night."

"The parking is around the property; the air conditioning was always on and we did not have any issues. The hotel is very close to a lot of nice restaurants. Last but not least, the staff is very helpful and welcoming. "

"The room itself and the property were clean. The staff was friendly, especially the second shift. The breakfast was good, but not worth the money I paid. Didn't use the bar, I am not paying $7 for a bottle of domestic beer. The main reason I got a room here was because of the jacuzzi, but it was down for some reason. The hotel could use a few more parking spots. It's in a good locations, since there are many places to eat that are way cheaper than the restaurant. I think I would stay here again, even though it was pricey, but still cheaper than the hotels nears the International Speedway."
