"Det nyrenoverade sovrummet var verkligen fint och fräscht, vilket var det stora pluset med vistelsen. Tyvärr levde resten inte upp till förväntningarna. Gräset runt byggnaden var oklippt och hela anläggningen saknade den mysfaktor man förväntar sig. Med tanke på priset kändes vistelsen inte prisvärd. Restaurangupplevelsen var också en besvikelse. Home Hotel Grand, Helsingborg

10/10 Excellent

"The Grand Hotel Helsingborg: Truly GRAND in Every Way There is something special about a hotel that honors its history while delivering an exceptional experience in the present. During my stay at the Grand Hotel in Helsingborg, I discovered just how beautifully the two can come together. In the lobby restaurant, I came across a framed historical document dated October 31, 1924. It contained a thoughtful argument for naming the hotel Grand Hotel, declaring that the name “would imply attractive conditions for a first-class establishment.” A century later, I can wholeheartedly affirm that sentiment. The name is not merely fitting; it is a promise fulfilled. From the moment Hannah greeted me with such warmth, my stay exceeded expectations. The meals were bountiful, the service welcoming, and every detail contributed to an experience that felt both gracious and memorable. The decor transported me to a more elegant era, while my room offered all the modern comforts one could wish for. And the view from my window? Simply breathtaking. The location was equally wonderful, providing easy access to Helsingborg’s sights and making it a pleasure to explore the places connected to my ancestral roots. There is a unique joy in discovering one’s heritage, and the Grand Hotel made that journey all the more special."
