Everything was perfect except the AC got shut down at night making it hot and unable to sleep. On informing the staff they told they would take care of it. However, the next day it was naturally cold, and we did not have to use the AC

The Artist Grand Hotel of Art
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. And loved the artistic flair. We would have like more tea and coffee for the mornings and fresh milk would have been nice.

Mercure Bilbao Jardines De Albia
Very well located, on the newer side of town, a short 10-minute walk to the Guggenheim and 10 minutes to old town. The room was well-appointed and clean. Would definitely use again. The front desk staff was VERY knowledgeable and helpful.
