Plus the improvements include LED lights, touch controls and motion detectors. "Perfecte locatie in het centrum, alles op loopafstand (10-15 min). Super vriendelijk personeel. Hotel zelf erg mooi, net zoals de kamer. Wij vonden de bedden ook erg prettig. Spa OK, vooral zwembad is wat klein, (lijkt) verouderd en vrij koud. Sauna is prima.
Kom je met de auto, is parkeergarage Ramen om de hoek een goed advies."

It has a well-stocked kitchen and fruit, and a first floor lounge area providing water and various kinds of beers which are provided on an honesty basis. "Hôtel près du centre-ville mais un peu loin de la gare de train (St-Pierre). C’est un choix; on ne peut pas avoir les 2 en même temps. Chambre relativement vaste et très tranquille. Style de gestion qui pourrait plaire aux jeunes ou aux adeptes de la techno: possible de faire check-in, recevoir les clefs, etc. par interaction avec des machines-ordinateurs seulement! "The hotel is located centrally in the heart of Gent and so convenient. My room was one an extra large room, pristine and very comfortable. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I had a car; parking was right under the hotel. The staff communicated in advance the instructions for the parking which was so helpful as I would have never found it based on the lobby adddress. I highly recommend this hotel. "
