Friendly staff. We didn't plan on staying in Big Bear, but got caught in a snow storm. I know the staff was busy, but they really helped us get in for the night.

Black Forest Lodge And Cabins
The Burgundy has friendly and helpful staff, our room was comfortable and within walking distance to the village. Close to The Bear Trap and they have amazing drinks, food and great atmosphere, highly recommend

Sessions Retreat & Hotel
Gorgeous amenities, the nicest staff, beautiful space and location. Well appointed room . Only issue is we had a very uncomfortable bed. Neither of us could sleep. We also had lights come on in the middle of the night.

Hotel Marina Riviera
We had a great time. The staff was nice during the check-in. The room was immaculately clean. We love the view outside our patio. And the location was great, very walkable to The Village.
