The hotel is close to the bus stop, the breakfast is delicious, and although the hotel itself is old, the room was fairly spacious on the 6th floor facing the park plaza, and I had a great view of the New Year's fireworks."

From the moment I checked in, the customer service was outstanding, staff members were consistently professional, attentive, and committed to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. My room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment after full days exploring the city. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. Situated in a highly convenient area, it offers easy access to a variety of restaurants and public transportation options, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The only minor area for improvement was the shower, which did not drain properly. While this was a small inconvenience, it did not significantly impact the quality of my stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin and will certainly choose to stay here again during future visits."
