"Really nice campsite with mobile homes amongst pine and olive trees, right by the lake. We had a mobile home which was ok, had all the utensils in (apart from a kettle) but we lacked some decking area/picket fence to provide some privacy that other mobile homes had which felt a bit odd. Staff very good, especially the night watch who was very helpful. "

"The apartment itself is nice and big, Mail issue is the lack of A/C. It’s summer, hot, and the ceiling fan isn’t enough. Opening the window, will not help this much at day time and at night will bring u mosquitoes. The apartment was 4th floor with no elevator, hard with the luggage. The location is nice and close to the lake."

The attention to detail from management and staff is incredible and gets better every year. It is clear that the hotel seeks to A special mention for a number of people. The cleaning staff are meticulous. Julia in the restaurant is so pleasant and helpful. Clara/Jessica/Valentina in reception are so accommodating. "We really loved the hotel. We had great stay with amazing memories. Everyone who we met who worked in the hotel was so amazing, friendly and helpful. Ladies on reception quick, efficient, smiley! Breakfast area people always super helpful and welcoming. Shuttle bus lady - always smiling. Guest were also super friendly always happy to exchange a word about experience or plans. Room was big with a very comfortable bed, all facilities were great, and good number of towels!!! room not extremely modern but not old either, actually it didn’t change a thing! Swimming pools amazing! With wonderful view. All plants and trees were beautiful too. Parking super easy and safe. Restaurants nearby! Very clean and everything organised well. We loved it!!! Air con could be stronger but it did the job to provide a cooler space. We loved the hotel and we felt comfortable and welcomed. Thank you to everyone who put a lot of work so everything works smoothly. Also thank you for smiling it makes an amazing difference! "
