"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was extremely small and definitely not worth the rate charged. To make matters worse, the shower head was broken. I contacted the front desk immediately to report the issue and ask about a repair, but nothing was done. I reminded them again the following day, and again, no action was taken.
