It was a lovely stay. Very convenient for commuting.
The room was clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff.
We can’t worked out the AC. There were some nights we need to open the window causing to hear the traffic noice. Otherwise, we loved it.
We will choice to stay to Ibis Benzons again if we go back in the area.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is nice with a lot of options including eggs, bacon, croissants, pastries, yogurt, fruits…It was overall an excellent stay.
Great stay. Very comfortable and attractive hotel. Friendly staff. Good secure parking for 18 euros 24 hours. Just outside low emissions zone for Paris

Why should I help Expedia, last time I stayed in Hawaii in a $600 per day villa; it was just a 30 yr old apartment, noisy upstairs, away from everything and Expedia was extremely unhelpful.
Now about this ibis place , new and next to T2 tram into city, good breakfast included. Would recommend
Very clean and comfortable basic hotel. Right across from metro. Via metro: took about 35-45 mins to get to city center, about 15 from Le Défense arena. Staff was nice and helpful and restaurant and cafe in the hotel are nice.

The property is ok but I had to pay extra fees so it’s better and cheaper to just pay and book on site.
The room was clean but very small no closet no table some tray and a chair.( for the price you pay you could get a Novotel higher hand).
Very noisy .
Breakfast was very good, but please stop putting curry in everything ( the chicken links had curry)…
The staff was very nice.
We had a good experience but for the quality of the space we could have book a Novotel…
Super close to the tram which was really nice for going into town. The restaurant wasn’t open while we were there and check in was quite confusing as there is no check in desk just a table in the front. The hotel is very clean the rooms are a bit small but very nice. The gym is tiny but worked.
Great stay at a lovely clean and modern hotel.
This was mid olympics and so the hotel was fairly busy. But despite this, no complaints at all. Extra special shout out to the friendly staff who always seemed to be smiling.
The staff were genuinely very nice and took really great care of us. Kudos to all of them. Only thing, I would change are those cheap white towels, which left lint all over the bedding and on your clothes. Also, this property needs more of a selection for breakfast and definitely in the restaurant on the ground floor. The burger was great though.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. Restaurant/bar didn’t have set hours so it was hard to know if you would be able to get something to eat/drink. Air conditioning was not functioning when we were there which made the room very hot. Not a bad hotel but there are some areas for improvement.
Nice fresh clean hotel
Unfortunately alarm kept going off and staff didn't know why was eventually solved 10.30 pm
Room very hot , and unfortunately the aircon locked , not cold enough

seasoned traveller
I recently stayed four nights at Ibis Styles Bezons. Overall there were more disappointments than surprises. Its best qualities were its location at the end of the T2 tram line with its easy connection to La Defence and the RER/ metro system in and out of central Paris. It had also only been opened in 2024 so things were in good condition. The bedroom was small but the en suite large enough and was well appointed. The other major plus was the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom. However there were negatives. On the first night I asked the management for another coathanger and another hand towel. We had five hangers in total and one hand towel ( plus two bath towels ) for friends sharing a twin room. This request was never met. Secondly, we arrived around 8 - 9 pm and wanted to have a drink in the hotel lobby. Using the drink bar menu on the counter we asked for a glass of prosecco. There was none. Then a red wine and I dont think that could be supplied so we requested what could. In the end we ended up with a white and a rose wine from a bottle in the restaurant which was already open. The choice was very limited.
The next morning we went to breakfast. The vending machine serving coffee broke down so only tea was available and it took some time to order the hot water for that. The food available was ok. On the second morning, there were no cups of mugs available and we were told to drink out of cereal bowls. No bread or fruit left after a coach party left.
The hotel is a solid 4. It has only been open a month and I know it will only get better The staff are a solid 5. I didn't meet a person from the chef to the property manager to housekeeping that was unkind. They were so eager to please and went above and beyond with kindness and intent to provide quality service. They have integrity and follow through. We corresponded with the hotel prior to arrival. We arrived late and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, I requested a larger bed. The room was huge for a European hotel with deep soaking tub with jacuzzi. It hasa great bed and the staff were helpful. They tried to show us places we could eat in the neighborhood. I inquired about a small fridge for my medicine and was told they did not have any but would secure my meds at the desk. I was very sceptical but not a day passed did I have to wait for my meds. The next morning we were awaken by construction. We spoke with the management and were moved immediately to a higher floor, thankfully they were able to accommodate us. They have free continental breakfast 7 days a week. The breakfast is in a beautiful area with plenty of seating and options.
New fresh juicer, egg boling station, tea with fresh tea leaves to steep, coffee machine. Fresh fruit and croissants, cold cuts and etc. 1/2 board is worth if you will spend time on the property for lunch or dinner. They have small restaurant. They are directly across from T2 so it is great to travel into Paris.
