Most of staff were very helpful and it was helpful that some spoke English, although we didn't expect that as we were in France and, out of curtesy, we believed that we should attempt speaking French. Activities were free eg. crazy golf, tennis etc. The restaurant on site was for all-inclusive guests only, so we couldn't eat there. "Great premises and killer staff, but the real kicker is the proximity to the loveliest beach in town. A 30 second walk, and you find yourself in this volcanic creek with gorgeous views of the bay. Did early morning yoga and took a swim as the sun was coming up. This is what this hotel provides – on top of everything else! Also, great breakfast experience. A no-brainer."

"What an amazing service from Alexandra and Laurent - a lovely couple that gave an amazing and personalized service. Upon late arrival, I was offered homemade food, even there is no restaurant in the hotel and I could have an early breakfast at 7am due to early departure. Very nicely decorated room(s) and newly modern refurbished bathroom(s) with delicate interior. I believe this is the best personaled service I have received in years and I/we have about 60-70 nights in different hotels each...

"Bonjour à tous, suite à notre réservation pour nos musiciens, nous avons demandé à prendre les lieux à 14h30 au lieu de 17h confirmez par la réception la veille. Le jour de notre arrivée le responsable nous dit que pas possible est que son personnel était pas prêt avant les 17h. Un Acceuil exécrable du responsable de cette établissement que je déconseille vivement !! Le message est passé au cap agde . "

"We stayed for 2 nights whilst exploring the area. Check in was fine but we were asked to pay a deposit which is not mentioned when booking and us very old school and not something one expects in today’s Hôtel environment. They stated they have a roof terrace with drinks and snacks available. However this roof top terrace is merely a terrace to one of their larger rooms and there is not actual bar or person to serve you - not really a true roof top terrace.
