"Great location, and the hotel was pretty good overall. Just missing a few things to make it elite. Only limited amenities in the bathroom. The tech and connectivity of TVs etc was not great. They don’t have usb-c ports. It’s obviously a fancy hotel but it costs a lot more than other better hotels. Breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids is no less than $150. Just a couple things drop it from the ultimate."

"Hotel smelled like mold, room was so dirty-too dirty to stay in. I was there for about 5 minutes and left to a different hotel immediately. Walls were filthy, bed had a weird red-brown stain, furniture was stained and it peeling, wall had awful patch work, baseboards were soooo gross. I never leave negative reviews but this was honestly the worst room I’ve ever set foot in. "

"We had an issue with a person with mental issues, who was not a guest at the hotel, harassing us while we were trying to eat at the rooftop bar. We asked the staff to help us, and the response was “what can you do, right?”, and they let the woman continue to bother us. We asked to talk to a manager about the issue when we were checking out, and have yet to received a response almost a week later. The hotel itself is clean and pleasant, the desk staff was helpful, and it is generally a good value"

"Room & bath clean! Great vanity items & personal products. Streetlight was shining directly into my window but couldnt close shades because it blocked the in-window a/c air flow. A/C very noisey as was the ceiling fan. Love the location though & will stay here again. Staff super nice! "

"Unfortunately they said at the desk that they were working out some kinks. The television and the coffee maker did not work at all. And the desk said they didn’t have anyone to look at it for us. And lastly, there was no breakfast service when we woke up bc there wasn’t a chef on duty. I don’t understand how they didn’t have food service on a Sunday morning. It’s an adorable hotel. It was just a bummer to pay so much when we missed out on so much A Markle"

"Excellent location. Restaurant was great. Food - and service. Careful sitting on the outdoor patio on Wilshire- lots of crazy folks stopping and harassing for money. Staff seemed oblivious to it. "
