We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The rooms never heated up, we tried to get help with no luck. Was very clean either. Nobody there to check in and no one there to check us out. This location isn't certified to collect city taxes either, we checked as we tried to pay. Plenty of other places just as nice"
